Rosso 35 began in 1973 when Maria Laura Dellepiane and Gianni Signorelli founded Silky, a company specialising in the tailored production of women's clothing.  In 2006b the children, Luca and Paola Signorelli gave life to the Rosso 35 brand.

The Rosso 35 world is made of measure and harmony.  A simplicity with a recognizable and timeless design for everyday wear, underpinned with a Made in Italy quality, style and wearability.

Online purchase terms for items discounted by 50% or more - Sale items purchased online on mark down over 50% off, or with an extra markdown, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online purchase terms for items discounted less than 50% - Sale items cannot be refunded.  For sale items purchased online, a credit note or exchange is available for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date.  This is also subject to you notifying us (either by email or phone) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, if it has been posted to you.  For in-store pick ups, the 7 day period from the date of purchase applies,  regardless of when you pick up your item.  Items collected after 7 days are not eligible for return or exchange.

The credit note can be used on any full priced item for 6 months from date of issue.   The credit note cannot be used for online purchases but can be used for 'over the phone' or in store purchases.  There will be a $20 delivery charge for exchange of sale items.

In store purchase terms - there are no refunds or exchanges or store credits for sale items purchased in store, as you have had the opportunity to try this item before purchase.
